Reasons Why you Should consider A relationship with A Developer/Programmer.

They say that smart is the new sexy, and who better to personify
the word smart than developers, right? Now if you happen to be
in a relationship with one then good for you, but for those who
still need some convincing as to why you should date a
programmer, I’ve compiled this list so you can see for yourself
why it’s high time for you to find yourself a computer guy/gal.

1.) Developers are smart.
Being a developer requires a certain amount of intelligence and

quick-thinking to solve complex problems. The ability to assess a
situation and provide viable solutions will come in handy in a
relationship. Not to mention they love to learn new things so
there’s tons of stuff you can talk about.

2.) They know how to appreciate relationships.
In their line of work they understand that things don’t always go
the way they planned it. With this they understand that in a
relationship things won’t always be a walk in the park, so they
know how to better appreciate the times that everything is smooth
and okay.

3.) They solve problems.
They do this on a daily basis. If something is wrong, they will try
their hardest to fix it. So when things go awry in your
relationship, rest assured that they will do everything in their
capacity to work on the things that have gone wrong. They’re hot-
wired that way.

4.) They are patient.
Imagine searching for a missing semicolon through hundreds, if
not thousands of lines of code. If that doesn’t spell patience then I
don’t know what does.

5.) They have a great sense of humor.
I guess it has something to do with their wit and intelligence, or
the environment they work in, but most developers often have the
greatest sense of humor among humans. Imagine yourself after a
bad day, you’re badly in need of some cheering up. Now imagine
having your own personal comedian to help you forget all your
woes and worries through laughter and fun. You’re welcome!

6.) They always pay attention to details.
If you’re the type of person who’s looking for someone to notice
you then you’re in for a treat. Great developers have the knack
for paying attention to details, and they will always notice the
subtle changes in you, whether it’s in your look, your mood, or
your overall way of doing things.

7.) They can fix your computer.
They spend hours every day at work on computers, they know the
ins and outs of computer technology and they know how to check
for problems. They can probably make your computer run faster.

8.) They are happy with their careers.
A lot of people say that if you are generally happy at home, your
attitude towards work also becomes pleasant. This is also true
vice versa. If a person is happy with his/her career, then they
would be less stress at his/her home. Who doesn’t love a stress-
free home environment, right?

9.) They don’t play mindgames.
Don’t worry about developers playing those silly mind games on
you, because they think logically, and playing mind games is
illogical. Unless of course you’re dealing with a video game,
which is an entirely different story.

10.) They are thinkers and learners.
Are you one of those who likes engaging conversations? Well
developers are good at those. They enjoy having thoughtful
discussions about anything under the sun, and what’s good about
it is they also know how to appreciate your perspective. Because
nothing is more annoying than having a conversation with
someone who thinks that his/her opinion is the only one that
matters.

11.) They’re not that hard to find.
Whether it’s in the forum of some tech blog, or in a community
page for a new programming language, or in a recently released
MMORPG, developers will be there. They are always online, just
waiting to meet someone like you.

12.) They are good people.
Because I myself am a developer.
Enough said!
